When most people think about doing an internship, they think of upgrading their intellectual skills. After all, what is an internship for? An internship is something, that is meant to proliferate and improve your working skill. When most people think of working skill, they only think of the intellectual aspect of executing a work. In other words the brainy part of doing a job. But what most people don't realize is that it takes more than an intellectual to do certain jobs, What it takes to do the job, is smart. So what is the difference between being smart and being intelligent? Well, being intelligent means, you have a lot of knowledge, and, but you do not possess the necessary social skills. You can think of hyper-intellectual people with poor social skills as robots, they lack the necessary social skills.

Being smart is the only way, you can climb the social ladder and reach to the top. Developing social is in a way, just as important, or even more important than intelligence.
