After graduation, an internship is something that can skyrocket your career to the next level. It is really awesome to have done an internship. Companies who look for skilled individuals to execute their work will usually hire graduates who have done an internship and who are experts in their field. But many small companies and companies with good reputation hire many interns promising them that an internship in their company, would give them a brighter future. Interns usually work for these companies for free or with no pay. So companies utilize these interns to the fullest, sometimes utilizing them unnecessarily.

Company managers and presidents sometimes unnecessarily use their interns to do their personal work. Sometimes having them work 16 to 20 hours a day.
